Casino, Games & Live Casino Rules

When participating in games at the BetRebels Casino, Games or Live Casino, each player agrees to these Casino, Games and Live Casino Rules and the General Terms and Conditions of BetRebels.

Rebels Gaming Limited is licensed and regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA). Rebels Gaming Limited holds the licence numbers MGA/B2C/172/2009 issued on the 1st of August 2018.

The products of Sports betting, Virtual Sports, Live Casino (Evolution and NetEnt), Casino and Slots (NetEnt, Betsoft Gaming, Tom Torn, Pragamtic, Microgaming, Playson and Isoftbet) are licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority.

Please note that the relevant rules, these General Terms and Conditions and any other terms and conditions applicable may be changed from time to time at the sole discretion of BetRebels. Any changes to these rules will be notified to players in advance and the player must re-confirm acceptance before changes come into effect.

Additional terms and conditions may apply to promotions and special offers. Please read them carefully before accepting any promotional offers. The individual terms and conditions for each promotional offer are displayed on the respective promotion screen. The rules applicable for each and any Casino game are displayed directly in the respective gamescreen.

1. Representations and Warranties by the Player

Upon placing his bet/participating in a game, the player confirms that he has reached the age of 18.

Rebels Gaming Ltd reserves the right to verify any player's statement of age and to exclude players from its services, if there are any doubts regarding the attainment of the minimum age required. Any player, who is identified as underage, shall have all his winnings forfeited and his BetRebels Account shall be blocked immediately.

In addition, the player acknowledges that Casino, Games and Live Casino games amount to gambling, that the risk of losing money is implicit, and that his involvement is entirely voluntary.

On the other hand, there is no right to participation on the side of the player and he accepts that the operator is entitled to restrict, limit or block the access of certain players at his own discretion.

The computer software Rebels Gaming Ltd makes available to the player is owned by third parties (Net Entertainment Malta Ltd., Evolution Ltd., Digitus Ltd (trading as Betsoft), Tomhorn, Pragmatic, Microgaming and ISB Technology (trading as Isoftbet). The software system is protected by copyright and protection of intellectual property laws. The player may only use the software for personal, recreational uses in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.

If Jackpots Games are being offered, the player acknowledges that the information given by the jackpot display during the game is updated on a regular basis, but not in real time. Therefore, the displayed value may not be 100% accurate. After the jackpot has been won, the exact amount will be calculated according to the number of rounds played up to the moment when the jackpot is won.

2. Participation in the BetRebels Casino, Games and Live Casino

2.1 BetRebels permits only one account at the BetRebels Casino per individual person. It is not permissible to open an account under a false name or with the permission of a third party in such party's name, to use front men, act as front man or play on another person's account.

2.2 The player is solely responsible for the safeguarding of his login and password details. The username and password should never be disclosed to third parties. The player cannot make any claims whatsoever from a third party unlawfully using his password and user name.

Likewise, Rebels Gaming Ltd will not be liable for any abuse of the player's username and/or password by third parties. BetRebels operates on the assumption that each person logging into the system with the correct combination of username and password is actually the lawful account holder.

2.3 The player is not allowed to use any error, virus, bug, defect or inconsistency ("bug") found in the software for his own advantage, or to the disadvantage of other players, at any time. Furthermore, the player undertakes to report any such bug to customer service immediately upon discovery of the same.

2.4 Any person acting in breach of these rules or any other terms and conditions applicable to the BetRebels Casino may be disqualified from participating in general, as well as from special promotions & special offers without further notice. If it is determined by Rebels Gaming Ltd. that Casino funds won by the player were from an account that had obtained these winnings fraudulently, in breach of these Casino, Games and Live Casino Rules and/or was being used without the account owner's permission or in a way contrary to these rules of BetRebels Casino and/or to the General Terms and Conditions applicable, Rebel Gaming Ltd. reserves the right to retain those funds and return them to their rightful owner. Any player involved in any form of suspected fraudulent activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

2.5 Rebels Gaming Ltd. operates Casino products in which the player takes part either in the "play for fun" mode, without a stake of money, or as a money player in the "play for real" mode, staking money. In order to play for real money, the BetRebels Account needs to hold sufficient credit.

2.6 In order to play Casino, the player needs to credit his BetRebels Account to transfer funds by using one of the payments methods offered by BetRebels. The minimum stake for Casino games amounts to 0.01 Euro cent. Winnings need to be withdrawn from the BetRebels Account by requesting a payout transfer.

2.7 If players act as a syndicate or in collusion or if individual players register several times or set up fictitious accounts in their own name or in the name of a third person, by communicating with one or several persons or using front men, acting as front man for any third person or playing Casino on another person's account, or if customers use impermissible software tools BetRebels will have the exclusive right (i) to reduce at any time the maximum winnings per week respectively payout transfer limits for one/all involved player account(s). In principal, any person acting in breach of these rules or any other terms and conditions applicable to the BetRebels Casino, may be disqualified from participating in general, as well as from special promotions and offers without any notice at any time; additionally the accounts of such players may be closed.

2.8 Should the player become disconnected from any Casino game for whatever reason, Rebels Gaming Ltd cannot be held liable for any losses that may result therefrom. In the event that a game is interrupted and/or disconnected, the situation at the point of interruption and results from the previous game will be displayed, when the player starts the same game again. If the player became disconnected from the Casino´s server whilst playing a game, the player will be able to continue and complete the game exactly as if the player had never left. If the Casino server did not receive the player´s wager, the players balance will not have been reduced and the player will see the result of the previous game. The balance of the players account will at all times be as it has been recorded on our server device. If the player become disconnected from playing in the Live Casino for whatever reason, BetRebels cannot be held liable for any losses that may result there from.

2.9 The player shall hold BetRebels, its employees, officers, directors, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, consultants, agents and retailers harmless and shall fully indemnify any of the same from any and all costs, expenses, liabilities, damages losses and disadvantages whatsoever that may arise or incurred by the aforementioned as a result of players (i) entry, use, or re-use of the BetRebels website, (ii) use of any materials on the BetRebels website, (iii) entry, use, or re-use of the Casino server, (iv) participation in a game, or, (v) the acceptance of any prize.

2.10 Employees of Rebels Gaming Ltd and their immediate families as well as the licensees, distributors, wholesalers, subsidiaries or other agencies, retailers and employees of other gaming companies or Casino and Live casino providers as well as their immediate families or third party friends are prohibited from participating in any BetRebels Casino games, promotions or special offers.

2.11 The maximum net winnings permitted in one day/week are €50,000.00 including the sum of winnings obtained on different products (excluding fixed odds sports betting).

3. Disclaimers

The use of robotic, mechanical, electronic, or other devices to automatically make playing decisions in any game, whether as a guest or real player is strictly prohibited save where such devices are provided, or specifically authorized in writing, by Rebels Gaming Ltd. Any use of such prohibited mechanical or electronic devices may result, in the sole discretion of Rebels Gaming Ltd, in action being taken, including exclusion from further play at the BetRebels Casino and confiscation of funds.

4. Severability

Each clause contained in these rules shall be separate and severable from each of the others. If any clause is found to be void, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever, the remaining clauses shall remain with full force and effect.

5. Bonus play-through requirements

In general the welcome bonus amount must be wagered at least forty five (45) times while the loyalty bonuses must be wagered at least sixty (60) times within a period of 14 days and the maximum bet allowed when using a bonus (until wagering requirements are met) is 5€ per spin and 50c per bet line. The bonus can be activated with the following products: Casino, Slots.

To reach the play-through requirements, different games contribute to a different percentage of the wagering requirements.

The percentages are as follows:

1. Slots, Scratch Cards, Soft Games 100%

2. Games with 50%.

3. Games with 20%

4. Games with 5%

5. The maximum withdrawable amount from free spins or no deposit bonuses is €100.

6. PROMOTIONAL ABUSE AND IRREGULAR PLAY

We provide bonus offers and promotions to reward valued customers. We operate a zero-tolerance approach to all forms of bonus abuse, and any other kind of fraudulent activity. If we suspect a player is participating in activities which break the rules of the Casino, we reserve the right to exclude the player from any promotions, bonuses or offers. We also reserve the right to remove any winnings and/or deposits from the player’s account, and any other accounts linked to the player and close the account.

‘Irregular Play’ and ‘Bonus Abuse’ is defined as, but is not limited to, any one of the following types of activity:

· The use of VPN, proxy or other services and techniques, for the purposes of deliberately obscuring, hiding or changing IP addresses in order to fraudulently take advantage of promotional offers;

· Whether known or unknown to us, taking advantage of any software or system bug, loophole, fault, error, cash out feature or failure including, but not limited to, in respect to any game provided;

· Using multiple accounts to claim a bonus or any other promotional offer more than once;

· Working in a syndicate with other players to abuse promotions, deliberately cheat or other exploitative behaviour;

· Collecting game bonuses/rounds with an active bonus in the account, in order to play those bonuses in a row at a specific time is not allowed;

· Players are strictly prohibited from delaying the playing of a Game round until after the Wagering Requirement for that Bonus has been met, and/or they have deposited new funds;

· It is not allowed to make a deposit and play with the real money other products and only use the bonus amount for the slots;

7. Language Matters

These rules are set forth in several different languages. In the event of a discrepancy or dispute as to the meaning of a word or matters of interpretation, this English text shall prevail over all others.
